1. Agreement to Terms

2. License to Use
Permission is granted to utilize the tools provided on Arovat for personal or commercial utility runs. Because all processing executes locally in your browser sandbox, you own 100% of the inputs and output optimized files. You are responsible for ensuring that the contents you process do not violate copyright, trademark, or any local regulations.
3. Local Sandbox Execution Scope
Arovat tools run client-side using WebAssembly (WASM). You acknowledge that processing speeds, file limit compatibilities, and optimization rates are directly tied to your local device hardware capabilities and web browser configurations. We do not provide server backups, file recovery, or data sync pathways.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials and tools on Arovat are provided on an 'as is' basis. Arovat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Arovat or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on Arovat, even if Arovat has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
